Shipping Charges

The customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items. All shipping charges are subject to change in the event of ordered items not meeting the selected shippers conditions. In the instance that shipping rate needs to be amended the Wick And Wax Room team will contact the customer within 2 working days to resolve outstanding shipping issues.

There may be additional charges for some heavy and bulky items to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Mainland Europe (see below) and offshore islands. 

International Trading

As of 1st January 2021, import VAT and tariffs might be chargeable on your products when you import or export goods between the UK and EU member states. Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. This option might keep you from having to manage the import process, but DAP creates unexpected costs for your customer and can result in delayed or returned shipments.

Delivery Time

If your order is in stock we aim to dispatch the order the same day. If part or all of your order is out of stock the order will be dispatched once all items are available. If your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday it can be made ready for collection by our courier who deliver to UK mainland the next day. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. (please note, this is subject to change)

Smaller orders are sent via Post Office and will not be delivered next day to reduce the cost. If you require next day delivery on an item where postage is listed as "UK Light" please contact us for further details.

Whilst we aim to complete delivery as soon as possible we can not guarantee Next Day delivery due to possible unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

Once we send your item and you request a 'safe place' directly with the couriers when you receive notification from them, we will not accept any responsibility for missing items.
